It's most likey a control freak try replaceing the contrl freak to see if this helps, otherwise replace the contor freaks thermostat that may fix the problem. If you need more help give us some more information, don't want any control problems around here to.

3a fuse blowing on the blower motor board

The 3 amp fuse blowing indicates some control function is either grounding out (probably a worn insulation on control wire) or one or more of the solenoid controls is pulling more wattage than it is designed to draw. The solenoids for the main contactor and reversing valves should only draw about 0.1 to 0.25 amp. Any more than this the solenoid overheats and causes the control fuse to blow. I have actually had to replace the thermostat wire on some units because the control that was pulling more than designed caused the entire length of thermostat wire to overheat and break down the insulation, causing the control wire to short to the common wire or others and cause more than required operations to occur simultaniosly. One unit had a short and emergy heat was coming on the same time cooling was on.

Goodman furnace fan runs all the time

Hello, this can be caused by a bad relay on the integrated control board or a short in the low voltage wiring. Easy way to check is unhook the green wire from the G terminal on the control board, if it stops there is a short in tje wiring, if it does not stop the control board must be replaced due to a bad relay.

The ac does not resond

First you need to check the power going to the unit, check to see if the breakers are on.
I f you have power go to the thermostat and switch the fan switch to on, if it does not come on you have a low voltage prob
If it does, then you have a prob in unit....I need more info

1995 Volvo 960 idles rough, Emission Control light on dash is on

Possible intake gasket leak causing a misfire, or plugs or coil causing a misfire. each cylinder has its own coil. You can hear the vaccuum leak with your ears under hood if gasket is bad. Check eng codes at advance auto prob for free. If it has misfire codes only, prob coil or plugs. If misfire with fuel trim, prob gasket.

Try these simple trick to find out yor remote control working or not....
Point the remote control towards the Camera of a Mobile Camera phone, with the camera on. While pressing remote, we can see a light (Infra Red) coming from its IR LED through the Mobile Camera if the Remote is working.
If the problem with the component that mentioned by you, write down the Number written on that and replace it with the same by the help of a Soldering Iron.
Also see the writing near to it for finding out what the component is.... For eg. C=Capacitor, R=Resistor, TR or Q=Transistor, IC=Chip, D=Diode etc.
