Question about Brother HL 1250 Laser Printer
My printer _ Brother HL 1250 performed well for 3 years. Two days ago it started blocking a paper by the two rollers at the output. The printer stops and displays paper alarm.
. The deformed paper stays compressed before the rollers and cannot be removed (reached). I feel that changing the distance of the rollers could fix this problem (?). How can I do it?
Thanks for your help,
That's a common problem on that machine, those rollers at the exit get coated with toner and fuser oil, so they have no grip to pull the paper thru. If you dampen a rag with alcohol and power off the printer, each time you turn it on or close the front door the rollers turn and you hold the damp rag against the exit rollers one at a time to clean them...
