I have a Ross Mt. Hood Hi Tech bike serial # RT6B0604 Would like to know what year it is

Serial number is often not helpful, but if you go to BikePedia and put in the brand and model you can browse through the results until you find the color scheme and equipment that matches your bike.
I would note that model year is usually only important when a buyer wants to know that info. Even then mechanical condition and appearance is far more important than age.

How do you use all the gears on a mgx dsr 21 speed mountain bike?

The way I start inexperienced rider out is by using only the left shifter first. Take a ride and only shift the left side up and down. Remember to pedal when shifting, Backpedaling or coasting may cause the chain to come off. Once you are familiar the left shifter, move to the right one. Up and down several times. Most experienced riders don't use all of the gears and only use the lower gears I steep hilly situatiuons

Eventually you will ween off those indicators but lower numbers mean lower (easier) gears.

Hi trying to re grease the pedal sprocket bearings on my Ross Rock Machine mountain bike. I got off the pedal arm on the right side but can't figure out how the left side comes off. The pedal arm looks...

Bottom brackets are sealed, removing the seal will have potential for damage. If it's making noise, replace it or better yet upgrade as a crankset. You'll have new crankarms, bottom bracket, chainrings with it. Unless you have the correct bicycle tools (not general automotive tools) you won't be able to pull your crank and even reach the seal for the bottom bracket. Schwinn Trailway Aluminum Hybrid Shumano ladies bike - bought used no manual. help me set for normal use. Don't understand settings. Thanks.

What settings do you mean? The important adjustments are the seat height and position of the handlebars. You might mean the gear selectors, one will have 1-2-3 (or may 1-2) and the other will have 1-2-3-4-5-6 (or maybe up to 7 or just up to 5). These are meant for the rider to make changes while riding for going up or down hill or into a headwind, etc. If the bike is in good shape, you shouldn't have to set anything except maybe the seat height.

Make sure that the tranny has fluid in it. Then try rocking the mower back and forth until you rock the tranny loose.
