Question about Kenmore Elite 45986 Front Load Washer
Unfortunately, my problem persists. the problem is that the spin cycle on the kenmore front load does not get the clothes dry enough. towels, for instance, are very wet when they are supposed to be ready to dry.
i can convince the machine to do another drain and spin and the clothes (or towels) are really ready to dry.
i think the cycles are out of order or out of sync because it needs more spinning.
anything would be helpful.
Before going further it is important to determine if the machine is reaching full spin. Make sure the unit is set to MAX extract and watch the inner tub. The tub should be spin really fast (1000 rpm's or better) during the final spin. If not you have lost one of the phases on the motor.
