Question about Xerox DOCUMATE 510 Flatbed Scanner
There is a problem with my scanner(documate 510) for a while...every time i want to scan something it shows me "error code 2019", "unable to comunicate with the TWAIN device". i re-plugged all the cables, i uninstall and re-install the drivers..nothing... the same error.
ps. i havent tried o use it on another computer.
