My Xbox One controller won't charge. If you repeatedly play as soon as it is semi-charged, the battery's ..
Some XBox games have both a 360 and original XBox version, so you can't play them on the 360. Other games simply aren't compatible. Your game may fall into one of those two groups.
If this ever happens to you I recommend going to Blockbuster or something and renting a copy of the scratched up game for one day After you have done this follow these steps.
1. Insert the disk, make sure it is readable i.e. playable
2. In the My Xbox section of the Xbox Dashboard scroll all the way to the left until you have the option "play game" now press Y
3. When you press Y you will enter the game details section, scroll down to the Install Game option.
4. Wait a while for the game to install (this will take up some drive space but it shouldn't be too horrible)
5. after the game is installed you Xbox will use the downloaded files to play the game. Insert your original scratched up disk and try to play it. You should be good to go from there.
6. If this still doesn't work your disk is beyond repair
Try cleaning the disk, if that doesn't work, try another disk, if that doesn't work, then turn the xbox off, take the hard drive out, put it back in, then try playing the game again.
It could be the laser needs cleaning, or the game disc itself make sure there are no scratches on the game disc underneath. if other games play and just that game wont then its possible it could be scratched and need of a clean.
