Question about RCA TH1101 MP3 Player
When I turn my rca pearl on, a message pops up that says "usable memory exceeded, please remove a few files." It then shuts off following the message. This seemed to happen out of no where because before the last time I turned it off, it worked perfectly. Also, the memory is far from being full. Please help
Have you tired formatting it? Sometimes Mp3 player contacts virus while putting them in a system that has virus. So maybe you should try to scan it because the file inside might have have virus and maybe that's why its misbehaing. Virus also sometimes occupies space on a drive.
I wish you the best.
