Problem: you have stopped cycle before it is done and now the unit will not start. You can press power on and select cycle but when you hit start unit powers down.

Solution: power unit on, select a cycle hit start...before the unit powers down hit pause cancel and you turn the washer off before it can turn itself off. The unit should return back to normal. This usually solves your problem without having to replace the control board.

How to put my tcl air conditioner on heat

Make sure the unit is a reverse cycle first... It may be a cooling only modle. If its a heat ( reverse cycle ) unit, there will be a symbol which looks like a star, the machine will generally sit with the outside unit running for up to 5 mins before the indoor unit starts. ( Preheat mode) If the unit doesnt start, possibly a failed air or pipe sensor. If it starts but wont heat, possibly a faulty reversing valve coil. Cheers.

Unit lights up when turned on but fan and compressor does not come on

If you can't operate by remote, try with touch screen in your unit to start. If still no start,
A/c unit room air sensor fault. Disconnect sensor from PCB and measure resistance. 8 kOhm at 30C and 13 kOhm at 20C if not replace sensor.

Trimmers floods its self, will not stay running

It is unusual for a trimmer to flood itself. It is common to have a lean condition diagnosed as rich.
So lets start by seeing if its lean or rich. Get unit running and apply as much throttle as possible and keep unit running then slowly close the choke. If unit starts to run better as choke is closed then it is lean. If unit dies immediately and is hard to start again it may be flooded.
4 possible reasons for flooding...
1. piece of debris in inlet needle, needle lever adjusted too high
2. adjustment screwd turned too far out
3. exhaust screen clogged
4. low compression
If unit has a stuck inlet needle it will flood while engine is off and be very difficult to start- remove fuel source and/or turn adjustment screws all the way in and pull rope until unit starts ( 4 or 5 times)
clean the carb, screws should start at 1 and 1/2 turns out on the low and 1 turn out on the high.
clean the screen.
If the unit has low compression it is not worth repairing- the cost of repair will exceed the cost of replacement.

Fan not running on Heat Pum

That does not sound normal at all, I have a Goodman Heatpump and the Fan on the Evaporator (outside unit) should run as soon as it starts up!
The only delay you should be seeing is when the unit starts, the fan in the AHU starts 5 seconds after and runs for about 1.5 minutes after shutdown.

Generator starts then instantly stalls

If your generator has an oil pressure or level sensor (sending unit), trying to operate the unit off level or with low oil will trip the sending unit and shut down ignition. If the sending unit is bad, it will shut down the ignition. This really applies to those units that have electric start where the start button bypasses the oil sending unit for pressure. Low oil sending units typically don;t let it start at all.

Unit shutting down and temp riseing to 100 degree

If the start relay and cap are ok then I'd say it's time for a new compressor. Have you tried running the compressor directly with a direct start circuit? cheers
