Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

DELITEING NUMBERS FROM MY COOLPAD SMARTPHONE

Touch "all contacts', select the one you want to delete and when it dials- hang up. Now go back and it will be a favorite. Press the 3 dots in the upper right corner of that contact box. You will bring it up in another box. Press the icon that looks like a head and shoulders. The next box will have the 3 dots in the top right again. Press the dots and a menu drops down with 'delete contact' included. Press delete and then ok.

The charger side thing does no work and some thing happen that that side where you insert got burned why i dont know

This phone has a horrible CPU , its only have a 125MHz CPU. So the phone heats up super fast, and burns the the boards or battery unit up pretty fast. As you notice you can't replace the battery. They have the charger port right next to the battery unit and it burns up pretty fast. Its also possible that the soldering came loose from the extreme heat of the phone. There REALLY not much you can do to fix this phone, its really a throw away phone.

Why does my v360 go silent and I dont know until my friends tell me they called.

it can be that you press the profile butto without noticing or when it is in your pocket. this happens commonly and happens with me alot. there is an icon next to your battery which will show you what profile is activated. it should show a speaker icon. then the correct profile. there isnt any way to prevent it except if you dont let your phone come into conact with a small space or place where friction could occur

Ka08 phone ..

to get it on vibrate,
go to your menu (the one with icons)
and you'll notice to small dots at the bottom.
stoke those to the left and it will show you the rest of the menu.
click on user profiles and click meeting. that puts it on vibrate.
and i don't know about the pic mail.
havent figured that out yet.

Voice message icon showing but no message

You can contact orange and have them refresh your voice mailbox but if that doesn't work you can connect your phone to iTunes on a computer and restore the software. Set up as new and see if the issue persist. If it is fixed you can try to restore from your back up. If the issue comes back when you put your information on there, then you will need to set up as new

Phone will not turn on

ok, take out the battery and look and see you can see a white dot pice of circular paper, if it is red, your phone somehow got water in it, look at your battery(white dot paper) if it is red than you have water in you phone. now you need to dry it! leave it on your car dast board in the sun 24hrs or use a hair dryer ( use low heat) you must dry your phone and battery completely before the next step, Next step- find a good working battery and insert it in your phone, see if this will correct your problem, sometime the battery volt are very low or maybe the battery itself its bad, but make sure you put in a new battery to test this out, don't pay for the battery until you check you phone at the counter, ask for the right model for you phone.

good luck
