Problem solved, took the back off the inside of oven and the element had a huge burn hole in it. Brought a new element from the local spares shop £17+vat. Easy to fit and it works better than ever.

Hi, I have a Rangemaster 110 (electric double oven), which has a double grill. Unfortunately one half of the grill has blown - not working. Is it easy to repair? Thanks a lot - Krisztina

Usually fairly straight forward. Remove the blown element being careful not to loose the wires into the void behind the grill. Insert new element making sure the orientation and wires are conected as the original was.

I just need to know how to switch the oven on, i have turned oven hobs to 180 and nothing is happening...what else do i need to press????

The clock must be set to the time of day before the righthand
oven will work. The manual can be found here:  http://www.rangemaster.co.uk/index_Rangemaster_Manuals.htm

Oven fan noisy/broken

this noise probably means that the fan is about to stop working, this is what happened to mine. You can easily buy replacement fan off E-bay (it seems easier to find the right fan on e-bay that any of the confusing supplier sites). You then just need to remove the inside oven back and the outside electrical to replace the fan.
