Question about Heating & Cooling
Many noises on aircons come from a resonant frequency and can be sorted by slight re-alignment of the unit. Sometimes pushing in a paper spacer can help. You should look inside and behind the louvre at the drum fan. There may be a build up of dirt causing it to be unbalanced and also making more noise.
