Hi i had to buy a new laptop and have a new itunes now, my iphone wont work with the new itunes? How will i get it to work without loosing everything on my iphone?

On an iPhone you use iTunes to synchronise all data.
Music, Contacts, Backups, Videos, App Data, Updates etc.
iTunes is getting very busy these days!. Hopefully they will renew this platform soon...... Until then..... it does everything,

If you want to sync apps to new iPhone, you can take advantage of the "Automatic Downloads" function of iTunes. You only need to tap Settings > iTunes & App Store, and locate AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS, then turn on Apps and Updates. Finish the steps on your iPhone so that you can get apps on the other device when you finish a download on one device.

hi if you forget your iPhone password the only option to make it working is restoring to factory default. Connect iPhone to iTunes and when iTunes detect it go to about tab and press restore button. Bear in mind that you gonna loose everything unless you have backup on your PC or icloud.

conncect your iphone to itune. press power and home button at same time and wait for itune logo to come on iphone screen.itune on computer screen will say restore your phone.click restore that will erase everything from your phone including your passcode.remember you will loose everything from your phone.

try upgrading your itunes to the newest version. also turn off your phone and then hold the home button down as you plug it into the computer. the itunes application should then recognize it as an iphone in recovery mode and prompt you to restore it as new.
Sorry you had difficulties with this. but when you restore it try upgrading to 4.2.1 and then using greenpois0n to jailbreak it. Works wonders.

its usualy in the start, my music. There should be a folder that sais itunes thats all the music i would copy that folder put it on other computer and import folder yo itunes and all the music should come up

you can put your files on a flash drive (go to the folder where files are stored on the ole, copy just playlist and mp3/4 files ..do not copy itunes itself from old laptop).....depending how much you wish to copy (it might be a little time comsuming......your ipods are just fine as long as they are not sync(you just have to download the latest version...to be sure they are recognized on the new....as for software off the ole...some will be easy to copy i recomend just download the software, youi will not have worry about the regs/ and all the other lil things to make them work proper.......hope this work out for you....feel free to rate
