Problem for Uniden Cordless Phone
Uniden corless phone says Do not disturb on screen

On my cordless Uniden phone it says on the screen of the hand set "Do not disturb" and we cant hear it ring. This is due to my todler pushing bottons! Please help!

- I di not know why our handsets both say Do not disaturb but I cannot find any reference to this in the manual at all. The other reply for a similar poroblem was to press the dnd button on the master base unit - mine does not have one. The other solution was to remove the battery. Since one of my units is a submersible I dont want to break the waterproof seals unless necessary.First: how did this happen
Then: How do we turn this off again. The phones will not ring.

On the base unit (not hand unit) there is a do not disturb button (mine is in the lower left corner for the powermax 5.8 Ghz). If your hand unit or chargers are not near your base unit, it's not obvious why your hand unit suddenly says "Do Not Disturb" on it.

It seems problem of programming. You have to reset it. I can say that if you are enough knowledge of it's initial setup process you may tri by removing battery and again attach it with your phone. This will reset your phone on factory status. You may be loss your data stored but get working phone. Vote it how this fix your problem.
