Question about Fujitsu M4097D IPC Path-Through Flatbed Scanner
I am using Fujitsu M4097D, recently i discovered a very strange problem, after hitting the start scanning button, the scanner dosent seems to stop scanning, it continuestly goes on scanning, till the time i have to hit Ctl+alt+del. Can you help please
Please check all sensor arms in the document feeder. The sensor arm in the middle just below the separation pad is called 'paper end sensor'. If this sensor arm is blocked or broken the scanner don't stop the feeder.
Another possibility is a driver error.
