Good day,
This problem appears in spades this time of year, every year.
The problem becomes more severe when the temperatures in the house cools down and is made even worse if the usage of the machine becomes lighter.

It occurs when the machine is off, not on.
There is an open vent, near the bottom, between the freezer compartment and the fresh food compartment. This opening or vent is necessary when the machine is running, so that the air pumped into the top of the fresh food section, can return to the freezer compartment. This is by design.
Now,
When the machine is off, the zero degree air from the freezer compartment. can drift into the fresh food compartmnet and drop the temps near the bottom to below freezing.
Off time increases substantialy at this time of year.
Some have even recommended turning the controls colder to offset the problem, but I've no proof it works well, or even a little.
SXS and top freezer models experience it more than bottom freezer models.

Look at following areas for the model number

It is probably the defrost thermostat located on upper condenser coil to the left of the fan in the freezer compartment. If not, it could be the defrost timer located near the thermostat in the refrigerator under the plastic dome where the light is. If the defost thermostat or defrost timer is not cycling the defroster heater element on and off correctly... an ice dam forms clogging the drain tube which freezes and blocks water (from the the defroster) to draining down and into the evaporator pan located on top of the compressor in the rear of the unit near the floor.

Please check the model number again, I can't locate that number. The number should be like for example 194.258978 Look at following areas for the model number

Could you recheck the model number for your refrigerator. The number you listed is for a oven. Look at following areas for the model number

This could be a bad water valve for dispenser on back of fridge or poor connection in the dispenser control. If you could get me the model number I will be able to help you better. Look at following areas for the model number
