There is software you can buy to do this task

http://www.datadoctor.in/data-recovery-software/sim-card-data-recovery-software.html
This link provides you with a software and explains what it does and compatibility. You will need a USB cable to hook up the phone to the computer.

This software is $69

The information is on the SIM card in the phone. (internal phone memory card)
