I think you have used phone memory..So change the memory to memory card....for that go to messages in that you will find options like inbox, write new, drafts etc...in that place other than write new and click on options .settings . other. memory in use...change there to memory card..This will get clear...Hope you will succeed.....Thank you,....

You compuer comes with this already installed.
You can only install another 512MB total 1G.
To get into where the chip is should be underneath that laptop secured by two screws. If you find there is no chip inthere already then all you need to do is place the other chip into the slot. The first is already in there and to get that you have to go through the removing the keyboard.
