Ok boot the computer and as soon as you see the black screen hit f1
or delete to enter bios go to boot menu and configure the cd-rom to be your first boot option. you can also hit f12 when you first see the black screen to enter boot menu. choose to boot from cd .
ok now install the disk and choose repair system .

set your cd-rm as your first boot device. then HDD.
save settings and exit. allow unit to reboot.

set CD as first boot device. and it just starts to boot from HDD. tries to configure update, reboots, to try to configure update. does this over and over as long as puter is on. tried to install disk and it just acts like its not there.
it says : boot from CD_ ....just hangs then goes to HDD boot.
