Question about Computers & Internet
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Here's a link to this great service

SOURCE: cancel account with fixya.
you can follow this like: http://www.fixya.com/terms
When the link opens, scroll down the page till you get to "Email and Chat Support Subscription Program"
Under the sub-topic, check the fifth (5th) paragraph, you will see "CLICK HERE" typed in blue, click it and your subscription will be canceled.
Or you can just read through the whole information on the fifth paragraph.

Not sure why you would want to cancel but there is no need to. I opened an account a long time ago and got distracted and forgot. It was about 2 years later I heard from them and that was only a mass email.
I contacted Fixya customer service to ask why I was sent the email and was surprised when they told me it was because I had an account.
You see they don't bother people so there is no real advantage to cancelling, however, if you must I suggest you contact the very helpful customer services for help and advice of how to proceed.

FixYa even has instructions on how to cancel your FixYa account! but it just gives you the run around with nothing definite.
According to the website, you can cancel your FixYa membership by emailing their support team at Premium.Support@FixYa.com.
Keep in mind, there are paid and nonpaid subscriptions for FixYa.com, so if you have a nonpaid subscription, you will not be billed for your FixYa use.
hope this helps
