Usually this can be done my turning the blue tooth on and going into your cell phone and finding where it allows you to connect to a bluetooh device once there it will say sync with device, click yes or what ever term it uses, it may then ask for a code to sync the device it's usually a code of 0000 or 1234. Hope that will help you, it's the standard way most bluetooths are synced to cell phones.
first thing make sure your blue tooth is fully charge and on. Then go into menu go to setting find blue tooth setting go in there make sure your phone is set on enable blue tooth then turn on searching then it should pull all the blue tooth signals that are around the phone then just select the bluetooth device
get a data cable, some usb blue toothe sets have the right cable so check the old phones/headsets before buying one. plug it in and the sync digital media files to this device, or import video and photos. This is in vista.
