You can press and hold down arrow on the file that you want to delete. Or you can go to start menu and then then my computer. You can find your device here. You can double-click the file. You can then access any files.

I dont understand how to remove items from player ie tunes or recordings etc

Connect the supplied USB cable to your MP3 player and then plug the other end of the USB cable into the USP port of a working computer.
This computer will detect the MP3 player as an external storage device.
From My Computer, double click on the MP3 device and you will see the various folders, music, photos etc. Click on these folders to open the folder and then click to highlight the item you want to delete and then press the Delete key.
Just treat this device as you would with your hard disk to delete or copy files to the MP3 player.

I can not get my music to delete could you tell me how to delete the music

Connect the device to your computer via USB. Your computer should bring up the device as an external (or flash) drive. Go in to that drive, find the music and delete the files you don't want.

I ERASED A VIDEO ON MY JVC HD 1080P REC VIDEO CAMERA. MODEL NO: GC-FM1BU. IS THERE ANY WAY TO RECOVER IT?

If the original file was saved on an SD card then you can bring that SD card into a computer specialist and they can get into the card and recover deleted files. If you do go into a specialist, bring your video camera and USB cable as well in case it is not on the card because they may be able to get it off the camera too.

How do I erase the files from the cruzer

Connect the USB device.
Windows will assign a drive-letter, e.g., 'E:' to the drive.
Open "My Computer".
Double-click on the 'E:' drive.
Click on a file, and then press the DELETE key on your keyboard.
This will delete the file (by moving it to your 'Recycle Bin').

Or, press SHIFT-DELETE to _permanently_ delete the file.

Option 1 for normally erasing files.
Deleting selected files:

Method 1: deleting files on the player itself .

Method 2: deleting files when connected to a computer
when using method 2, switching USB mode from MTP to MSC or vice versa may be needed to see the files in the folders.
Information about the problem "hidden files", see:
