Mpc 1000 loud static

Maybe try adjusting the MASTER level?

Good Luck

Other settings
Adjusting the master level You can adjust the level of the headphone and the stereo out by turning the MAIN VOLUME knob. The MAIN
VOLUME changes the analog signal level. This will also adjust the entire level of the MPC1000 digitally.
01. Press the [MODE] key and then the [PAD 10] (OTHER).
It switches to the OTHER mode.
02. Press the [F1] (GLOBAL) key.
The GLOBAL page will be displayed.
03. In the Master level field, set the level.
You will set the digital signal level, which will be sent out to the DA converter. The MPC1000 can output up to
32 sounds simultaneously. There is the great difference in the level when you play single sample and play 32
sounds. If you increase the value in the Mater level field, you can increase the entire level of the MPC1000 to
create more powerful sound with less noise. However, if you playback many sounds at the same time, the
level may be overloaded, which may cause distortion. If you decrease the value in the Master level field, you
can prevent distortion when you play many sounds at the same time. However, you cannot have a good
result in respect to the noise or punch of the sound. Set the appropriate value in the Master level field
depending on the application.

My roland cube street starts making this really weird loud noise

Hi, Quick Check. Very often the input socket which is soldered directly to the circuit board, will have a broken solder joint. This is common on a very large amount of equipment. Try waggling the plug about and seeing if the noise comes and goes.
Easy fix, re-solder joint. Permanent fix, connect socket to board with flying leads, or fix socket to board with hot glue or epoxy resin.
All the best, Chris the Fader.

One speaker of my MG100DFX makes loud noise similar to a guitar disconnect. When that speaker is disconnected, noise stops. What is the suspected problem?

NEVER disconnect a speaker with the power on the amplifier !!!!!! Good way to blow the amplifier.

If the speaker rattles while you are sending audio through it, it is likely damaged. It should be inspected as there are several failure modes, some of which as hazardous to your amplifier.

First test is to gently move the cone and listen for any rubbing of the voice coil. If you hear rubbing, then the speaker needs replacing OR re-coning.

Sometimes the magnet breaks off the back of the speaker.

Investigate this before further use.

Have an older Lowrey organ with loud hum.

Of course it is repairable.

Find a competent repair person. You did not describe the "noise". If it is 60 cycle hum, the filter caps need replacing. If it is an organ tone, then probably a key contact is stuck.

Baldwin Model 230 DE when turned on makes a loud thunk like the volume is turned way up, then when you disturb or shake the organ or stomp on the floor it makes a loud noise like if you twanged a coil...

If the organ has a reverb spring "tank" in it, that is likely where the spring sound comes from.

The initial noise is likely due to the initial unbalance of the power audio amp.

Lesser organs don't disconnect the speakers till the amps attain balance so the inrush pulses the speakers..

Deville 212 overdrive channel making Loud humming noise

It sounds like a filter capacitor(s) has failed. The electrolytic caps dry out and cease to perform allowing unfiltered power to reach the preamp sections and get amplified.

Being this is tube with high voltages, an experienced person should work on it due to shock danger.

I assume you checked the tubes for shorts as well as emission since a heater to cathode short could cause this as well.

Right side audio cutting out on a Mackie 32-8 mixer board

Try cleaning al of the sliders using an electronics cleaning spray. Choose one that contains a lubricant as well. Dirty sliders can cause this especially at low volume levels. If that does not cure the problem, there may be a defective IC inside the unit. Many mixers use opamp ICs as buffers and final stage amplifiers. These are inexpensive and can fail in that manner. Without knowing the specific make and model ogf your unit, I can't give you any details. Please post the make and model and I'll try to provide additional possibilities.
