Put Positive wire on Right Channel Positive,
Put Negative wire on Left Channel Negative.
Make sure cross-over is not turned on and turn up all settings to 3/4 and adjust the rest from the cd deck

Hello..im trying to find a diagram on how to wire my subs down to 1 ohm..i have 2 12 in. Audiobahn alum12n..they are currently runnimg at 3 ohms on a hifonics 2500 watt 1 channel amp that only supports 1 2...

Hi, if you wire all voice coils in parallel, you will get down to 1.5 ohms. That is the lowest you can go with these 2 subs. Just hook the amps' positive to all 4 positive speaker terminals and the amp negative to all 4 speaker negative terminals. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

I have a four channel rockfor fosgate amp and I need to know hows the best way to connect Infinity Reference 1252w Car Subwoofers

Rockford fosgate usually work best with 2 ohm speakers. Depending on the resistance of your speakers, will then give you best connection. Check the resistance for the subwoofers. If the subwoofers are two ohm then connect them directly right and left. But if they are 4 ohm connect them parrallel (positive to postive, negative to negative and bridge the amp.) Good Luck, please rate.

    I have a 12" xs that has dual 1 ohm vc`s...how do i wire it to get a 1 ohm load?rick

Im sorry but thats not gonna be possible with a single sub with dual 1 ohm voice coils. You can wire it to achieve 2 ohm or 1/2 ohm. You will need to add a second sub to get to the 1 ohm mark.
play around on this site for some clarification: http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=1&I=12
