I dropped my cell phone on the ground today and it will turn on but will not stay on. it is an enV2

Look, enV2s **** ****. almost everyone at my school thats had one, the front buttons quit working... even mine and i only dropped it once. its just a bad phone when it comes to front buttons.

it's a good time to go get a new phone. that much damage would cost more in repair that it would to either replace or upgrade to a new phone.

the charge isnt stayin and its resetin itself.

BETTER GO THE REPAIR SHOP BECAUSE ITS INTERNAL DAMAGE OR PROBLEM OF YOUR PHONE.....

contact repair centre because the upper layer can be replaced with less expence.
but do the same in your presence.

This seems to be a common problem for the env2. If you hold your charger a certain way in the phone does it charger? Is the charger port broken or damaged?

If so the easiest workaround is to get an external battery charger and extra battery to charge the phone.

You phone screen is cracked and you need to get it replaced...it wont be too expensive so relax

just take it to the verizon store and they should replace it, water damage is very serious and messes everything up as you can see

there's nothing you can do i had the same problem and ended up getting a replacement. and ive dropped my new one plenty of times but it is working great

i had the same problem i dropped my env2 and the inner screen went black. i tried 2 fix it but just ended up getting a new phone. you can try 2 live on the outside screen or i was able 2 bend the screen and get it to work for a while. i hope i was helpful
