How can I get belts for a stereo double cassette deck model number TD-W83 and where?

You just need to measure the diameter in MM of the old belts. You don't have to be too precise. Then put these words into google. "Cassette drive belt XXmm". Belts are universal so pick the nearest one to your measurement.

Dryer will not power

I bet it's the other board. It's quite possible they were both bad and the one caused damage to the other. It was probably caused by a power surge/spike. When you get it fixed, I would leave it unplugged when you're not using it.

After a storm the other night my Proview PL866s amber light is blinking - however when I press the amber button (which usually turns green and then it works) nothing is happening except blank screen and...

If this happened after a storm, the monitor may have been subjected to a power surge, which unfortunately might have killed it.

If you have another monitor (or a friend who has one) try plugging that other monitor into your computer. If the second monitor works, yours will need to be replaced as the input was probably destroyed by the power surge.

If the second monitor also doesn't work, there may be a problem with your computer, most likely with the power supply (this is the part most often damaged by a power surge). You may want to have it examined by a professional computer repair person at that point.

Hope this is helpful!

Dishwasher will not run. key pad light sensors are on but it will not run. nothing is obstructing the operation and the door is closing and latching. fine.

could be a few things the touch pad display has a ribbon cable that connects to the pcb or control assemble...the touch pad could be bad /// the pcb(main control) has a fuse in it and they often go bad this reuires taken the cosole apart and removing the screws on the inner door to get it off. if the fuse is not bad you have either a bad pcb or touch pad... before doing all this kill power to unit at breaker for at least thirty seconds and then reset...hope this helps

Model HSB03 stopped working after power outage. Is still like new would like to keep ....any suggestions?

HI. What generally happens during a power outage, will be a serious surge. The surge will, essentially, destroy the Main PCB. Without proper PCB function, the unit will not operate. All power is controlled by the main PCB. It routes power to the compressor and fans, as well. You can, visibly, inspect the affected part by pulling the access panel on the rear side of the unit. It will be mounted on a bracket, near the compressor assembly, or just in the middle section of the rear side of your unit. Inspect the Circuits and relays that are mounted on the PCB. If burn marks are present, or a brownish discoloration is sited on the circuit board, simply replace the PCB.

NOTE_ PCB location may vary in your model Generally, they are located just behind a access panel, on the rear side of the unit. Some may be mounted in close proximity of the compressor platform.

My Wii stopped working. Nothing lights up.

This is a common problem with the Wii. As I said, I'm very surprised Nintnedo didn't cover this in the owners manual FAQ, considering it happens almost every time there is a power surge or the power goes out, etc.

Even if it's hooked up to a surge protector, this happens. Power comes back on, but the Wii appears dead. It won't turn on, and the LED indicators won't light. If there was a power surge, or the power went out,etc...anything, this will happen. The problem is with the AC adapter, not the Wii itself.

There is no need to buy a new one or a AC adapter. Resetting it should work. There is a circuit inside the AC adapterthat needs to be reset. Unplug the AC adapter from the wall/surge protector outlet. Don't unlpug it from the Wii, it has to be at the outlet. You have to kill power to the adapter.

Unlpug it from the wall/surge protector outlet, and leave it unplugged for 5 or 10minutes. This will kill power to the AC adapter, and give the circuit time to reset. When you plug the adapter back into the outlet after 10 minutes, the red led on the front should be lit up.

Nothing comes on. Outlet has power. 2 yrs 1 month old.

This sounds like the main PCB is blown. it may be worth checking the main PCB for damage and a blow fuse if you can locate one- caused likely by a power surge (maybe claim insurance), faulty dryer motor, faulty element or wiring fault in dryer. cheers

If the AC power source (outlet) is ok and the line cord and fuse are ok but the unit is completely dead, you may have a problem with the internal switching power supply.

Locate the switching power supply and see if there is a fuse on its circuit board.

Completely dead units are typically caused by a failure in the power supply section.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.

Good luck!
