Question about HP DeskJet 3940 InkJet Photo Printer
I have Windows 7 on my new laptop. Have a HP Deskjet 3940 which if connected to the laptop will install without problem. I can not however add it as a network printer because it is seen as a HP Deskjet 3900 series and apparently Windows 7 can't find the driver for it. Where do I look for the driver that was installed when the printer was connected?
Simply download the new drivers from HP and install them , that will fix your problem
