My laptop doesnot detect any flash drive or anything at all it always asks for the driver though i have windows vista ultimate installed in my laptop and it should have installed the driver by itself.

Windows XP, Vista , or Windows 7 should be able to automatically detect and install it. Try using it on another computer that has either Windows XP, Vista , or Windows 7 on it. If it doesn't automatically detect and install it on that one then the flashdrive is dead.

* Select Windows 7 64bit from the 1st drop-down menu.
(I've you select Vista, you wont find this driver)

* Select WiFi from the 2nd drop-down menu.

Delete the '32bit' folder from your USB drive, and try again to re-install Windows. Hopefully, it will find the '64bit' folder, and will install from that folder.

PLS....give me some of this because my OS was expired and idon't have any back-up so pls may i barrow that windows ultimate OS..??? whom It may ConCern T_T

check the USB drivers in device manager

i think your problem is that even though the camera is there on your laptop it does not show any attatched devices like camera in it, it is because vista will not detect any usb camera devices as Xp. Try using some camera management software like WinDVR or something else

your webcam is external or built-in in your laptop? just plug your webcam and it will automatically detect by wyour windows and will be ask a driver for installation of your webcam....if you have a cd driver of your cam insert it to cd-drive and follow the instructions on your screen...

Most program that are designed in XP doesnot work sometimes with Vista because of new features and new version of DirectX.

If you are installing the driver in Vista and is made for XP, and installation failed then wait for sometimes because Vista Recalculates the version and try to install the driver from recommended setiings. You wil get the option to choose to install this software using recommended settings. If it doesnot install and installation failed then try searching it's driver for Vista from internet.

Most probably recommended installation solves the problem of incompatibility of driver with Vista.

Please do the recovery options which help u to have the old setups.

Reinstall the driver, or uninstall the driver and do a fresh install with the correct drivers, check if the usb2.0 drivers are installed.
