Can not access setup

I have to reprogram my cable channels.  I upgraded to a new package.  Unfortunately I can not access the "setup" command on my menu so I can not add any new channels.  I've tried unplugging the television overnight to reboot and have had no luck.  I can access every command on my menu except setup.  Any idea why?

I have a similar problem. My tv was used with satellite and now we have cable. the channel set up is only for channel 3 for satellite. The remote is broken and I can't get a universal remote to work. There is no place to access menu with buttons on front of tv. Magnavox 13" tv/dvd combo. Can anyone help?
