On my model, I touch the button for contacts, then at bottom of screen there are 3 choices; I choose 'add', then you scroll down to name & enter name, then scroll to number & enter #, then at bottom of screen, you hit save

From a user standpoint you would follow these steps to bring up your Convergence menu:
1) Press your MENU button.
2) Press the Right Cursor Button to enter the Picture menu.
3) Press the Down Cursor Button until you highlight the MANUAL CONVERGENCE choice on the menu.
4) You will then see the following choices on the right hand side of the menu: Convergence Red, Convergence Blue, Multipoint Red, Multi Blue, Save Multipoint.
5) Once you choose either the Red or Blue choices you will get a crosshair in the middle of your screen. You will then use either your Up, Down, Left, or Right Cursor buttons to get the two images to line up correctly. If you still have multi images on your screen in either Red or Blue you would then have to adjust the Multipoint choice for that color.

When you press on your Where to? graphic a menu will come up that will give you a number of choices including Address, Go Home, Points Of Interest, and 3 others. There should be an arrow point down in the lower right corner of the screen. When you press that the screen will scroll down a page and you should then see the Coordinates Globe. Hello, In order to resolve the OSD menu locked error: 1.You must reset the on screen display in the menu. 2.Hold down the Menu button for at least 60 seconds. 3.A menu list will appear on your monitor screen. 4.Using the adjust button, press the arrows to enter the menu. 5.Scroll down to the Reset section. 6.On the right side of your screen, you will see an alternating Yes/No choice. 7.When the Yes message flashes, press the Ok button. 8.The menu should be reset and the flashing OSD control message should disappear.
System settings were lost: You need to reset the time and date from the Nintendo GameCube Main Menu. To access the Main Menu, turn the power ON while holding down the A button on the controller. Follow these steps to reset the time and date:
From the Main Menu Screen, go to the Calendar Screen by pushing RIGHT on the Control Stick.
Press the A Button to display Calendar Menu choices of Date or Time.
