Did not know that i had to download itunes, phone will not work. Cannot do anything. It is recharging slowly.

Hello, I'm going to try to work this issue with you.
If you had tried all the usb ports, different cables and drivers are installed, then we need to work with iTunes itself. Usually iTunes is more of a headache in Windows than in Mac.
First off, make sure that you have the latest version of iTune, if you have the latest version, then you could try a clean install. Meaning that you need to uninstall iTunes, remove all logs about iTune, reboot, and re-install iTune. Let me know if this works for you.

This sign means you need to connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes. If the phone is still not responsive after connecting you may want to try a hard reset.

Hold the power and the home button down until the device shuts down completely and the apple logo appears.

If a hard reset doesn't solve the issue, then you may want to try and do a factory restore by connecting to iTunes and selecting the factory restore option. Please note, doing a factory restore will remove all apps and data stored on your device.

You need to backup you iphone 3G on iTunes first.Then Restore the phone on itunes itself.It will automatically look for the update itself and install it.

To have an iphone you had to have had an itunes account. There's no way around that.

You can go to their forgot password and reset it and see what it was. Or you can just open a new free account through them.

With out an itunes account, you can't update now, you can't download apps or anything.

well if your useing a motorola razor,i would try useing motorola phone tools for your music and pictures.this would be better to use for your razor phone..if your looking for a free download of itunes..go to www.cnet.com then click on the download tab.then type itunes in the search bar ..there ya go

u got pc? install itune software on it and use window explorer to copy ur music into itune and then transfer it to ur phone

hi...first u uninstall the itunes that uv already loaded....then lets start fresh..u shud have the itunes software available with ur motorola kit...or if not..it is easily downloadable from the internet...i recommend u buy it....then once uv downloaded it and crossed over all the wizard process....u r ready to go...first...open ur icon which u wud find on r screen..once uv opened it...click musicin ur library in the left hand side..then open file...and click import....once uv done that...u get a small wndow frm where u can import the music on ur computer to ur itunes

either uninstall ur itunes and then download the latest setup from itunes.com and then reinstall and then try or else try from anyother pc with the latest itunes or else take it 2 apple service cente and tell them 2 update ur iphone wid the latest software and firmware
