I am a beginner and don't know what "add a service explore.exe" means. I feel my $13 paid to Fixya was wasted. Yesterday I finally set up a chat with HP and found that the entire Photosmart Essential program isn't working. They helped me transfer to Picasa until the problem is solved.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Had the xp screen open. Opened my documents. Tried to drag quicken files to mac, which I do all time to back it up. Realized it wasn't dragging so dragged back to the quicken file. Now screen is frozen....

Simply Hard Reset it, IE: Turn Power Off and On. This should resolve the problem. Any damage, problems, have already occured, but a re-boot should fix it, at least it will return it back to a working desktop.

When I try to attach a photo from my "my pictures file" I click browse, and my file opens, but I am unable to scroll through it. It freezes. Occasionally it will scroll, but will freeze when I try to...

Even though you want to attach a picture, instead of attaching a photo, try attaching a file instead. You can then select the photo. I think it is some sort of quirk in Yahoo. I had the same problem.

How do you delete photos from Sansa e200 MP3 Player?

If you go into Windows Media Player, you have to change the Library option from Music to Photos and THEN go into the Sync tab - should now display photos instead of music.

Alternatively, you can double-click My Computer, double-click the icon of the Sansa, and find the images or picture folder - you may have to change your usb mode to msc in order to view this folder (don't forget to change it back later, or not all of your files will show up when you want them to). ONLY delete image files - if you delete system files, your mp3 player will become unusable.

Or, you can follow the method reccomended by your manual - the full user's manual is available from Sanidsk's website:
Delete Photos and Video
The photos are stored in 2 locations on your Sansa…My Album and
Thumbnails. The instructions below for deleting photos and video from your
player were created using Windows XP with Windows Media Player 11.
To delete photos from your Sansa, please execute the following steps:
1) Connect your Sansa e200 to your computer
2) Select Open device to view files using Windows Explorer on initial
connection
3) Click the drive containing your photos
4) Click on the photo folder.
5) Highlight and delete the photos stored in My Computer\Sansa
e200\...\Photo\My Album and My Computer\Sansa
e200\...\Photo\thumbnail\My Album.

This will help.Good Luck.

I cannot close out programs unless using control-alt-delete

yes, seems like there is virus going on your system. Go task manager and see which program is consuming more memory, if you kill that program it will work fine. But now you have to run antivirus and get the virus removed.
