Dust inside the LCD is rare...and not user removable. If it's between the actual LCD and a transparent cover, a good computer shop should be able to disassemble the screen and clean it for you. Don't try this yourself unless you are ready to buy a replacement screen. they are very fragile and easily damaged by probing fingers and screwdrivers.

How do I disassemble a Vizio E3D470VX Smart TV, to clean out the dust inside the Screen

Hi Alonzo,
To clean the dust inside the screen, you will have to disassemble the LCD panel. It is a very risky job and there is every chance of damaging the LCD screen unless you have a real good experience of doing it. If you are not good at doing such jobs, please let some professional do it for you.

1) how to clean the lens of camera? dust went inside display how to clean it?

Lens can only be cleaned outside on the front surface. Use T-shirt washed with detergent then dried, never rinsed. otherwise you have to change the lense assembly, in front of the sensor. That is a big job.

Display is lcd in front of LED light screen. You can clean between led screen, lcd and also casing screen using cotton T-shirt material, after you disassemble the camera.

Nowadays, digital cameras are disposable, not worth fixing. Buy a new and better one soon.

Have a JVC HD-Z886 61inch, there appears to be some black spots behind the screen. Looks like dust, most at top of screen, not a big problem. Is there any way to clean behind the screen? When new the TV...

  • The most severe problem dust can cause in an LCD TV is a short circuit. This occurs when dust enters the television's casing and settles on one or more of the internal circuit boards. Enough dust can cause a short circuit, which will prevent the TV from working at all. In other cases, it will damage picture quality or prevent certain features from working properly.

Because a short circuit can only occur when enough dust is present inside the TV, this problem happens after the TV has been in use for a number of years, meaning that it will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In many cases of short circuits, repair is expensive, and you are better off buying a new set.
  • Image Quality
  • Dust can also have an effect on an LCD TV's picture quality without entering the LCD's casing. Dust that settles on the surface can distort the picture and decrease its brightness. While it's easy to wipe the dust away, use only a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution to avoid scratching the screen or causing permanent damage with caustic cleansers.

Dust under the screen can be more difficult to clean. Using compressed air to blow the dust out is the best option, short of disassembling the set to clean the screen from the inside. Keeping the surface of the screen free of dust is usually sufficient to prevent dust from getting under the screen.
  • Control Problems
  • Another effect dust can have on a an LCD TV occurs when it enters the space around buttons, making it difficult to control the television. On certain sets, dust will cause buttons to stick or prevent them from engaging when pressed. Using compressed air to blow the dust out, or resorting to using only the remote control, will solve this problem.

    Spot's on tv screen's

If the spots are coin sized or so, its likely dust. These tvs are know for dust particles getting on the len inside and causing issues. The tv needs complex disassembly and cleaning to solve the issue. The only tool required is a philips screwdriver but it does require some know how. A air compressor or can of compressed air is helpful also. Let me know if I can assist you further, the directions could be quite lengthy. Thanks

Major job to disassemble this unit to clean it. I recommend a qualified Sony tech to do this. With great care and a very sharp ended blade the from protective shield can be cut off, but the Sony two sided tape is no longer available. So it should only be done by complete disassembly.

Apple Cinema Display 23" HD - Dust on inside of screen.

Well, I pretty much knew that the display would have to be disassembled to clean the dust out. I should have been more specific by asking if the display "could" be taken apart to clean it out, especially since the dust is in between the image and light source layers.

Need to disassemble Mitsubishi VS-6041 60 in Rear Projection

Wow, You are asking for a complete disasemmbly. If this is necessary, you have to remove any screws you can find that are connected to the front panel. Usually they are in the top of the set ( you'll find them after removing the mirror panel and mirror ). I wouldn't remove any tubes as the tube convergence would have to be all reset and that would require a cross hair generator. I do hope this has helped in some way, but all I can do is send you my best wishes as I certainaly don't suggest disassembly if there is any other way. Good luck

    Dust inside the screen

You have to disassembly the unit. Most of the screws that need to be removed are on the back of the unit around the face's edges. But there are a few inside that need to be taken off, and the front bottom needs to be removed.
