I have a samsung verizon perpaid cell phone its a samsung sch-a870 i am trying to get my pictures from my cell phone and upload them to my computer to save them cause i have pictures of my mom who died a year ago. i am trying to use a usb cord whice charges the phone but my computer says not device reconanized so what can i do. also this phone is not connected with service thanks please help

Similar issue here ..allways had service/signal here yesterday and today no service. samsung and verizon gave limited assistance. Battery goes dead quickly ,so have one comeing. like pulling teath to get free /warranty battery from verizon!
