Word spacing

This morning, my Olympia Standard 300 facing a problem.
The word spacing did not moving. It mean when we type a word.. the part of the word missing.
i found the ribbon didn't move normally.
how to solve the problem, thanks a lot

Apprenticepress code hold it and press either the . or the, that function is your for multistrike ribbon where the ribbon those not have to move as much.
