Question about Proform Crosswalk 500 Treadmill
I recently bought a Pro-Form Crosswalk Plus treadmill on Craigslist. I did not receive a manual with it, but it was already assembled, and it works fine.
The only exception is that I realized after using it several times that it is on a constant incline. After checking it over, I found that the back has a bar with legs and wheels on it that I think are supposed to extend to create a flat walking surface, as the front end can not go down any further without sitting on the floor.
I have pushed, pulled and searched for buttons and knobs everywhere to try and make the back legs extend, but I just can't figure it out.
I can't find a free manual anywhere online for this specific model, and I don't want to use my treadmill again until I fix the problem.
*Note, the product it is making me list is not the correct model, I could not find my specific model and it wouldn't let me type in one that wasn't listed.
