The firmware (software loaded into phone's long term memory) is having issues. In particular, the bootloader has detected a problem.
You need to take your phone back to your provider / carrier and see if they are able to access diagnostics as well as possibly reload firmware.
Another possibility is to perform a hard reset on the phone, restoring it back to factory settings. Don't do this before you visit the carrier though. The hard reset erases everything. The carrier may be able to save some of your data / contacts / pictures / et/
