Is the fan coming on when you press the start button? If not, that's the problem. Or it may be inadequate gas pressure. These are just 2 of the most common issues. So, I have included a link to your Owners Manual, that you can download and print for future reference. Please pay close attention to the Trouble Shooting Guide part of the Owners Manual.

The heater shut off after it ran out of fuel ---- after refueling and plugging unit in the heater won't start--

There are a couple of things tat could cause this. The first that pops into mind is that since the tank ran dry, it may be a fuel pressure problem. However, since you didn't mention if didn't work when you turned the ON/OFF switch ON, it's hard to know.

Also, since it ran dry, the fuel filter may be clogged. Since it may have sucked up some slug from the bottom of the tank.

In any event, her is a link to the Owners Manual for your heater, as well as a Trouble Shooting Guide, that should aid you in making any necessary adjustments or repairs. If you like, you can print the manual for future reference.

Hope this helps to get the heater backup and running.

You've done all the right things so far. I would recommend the you go to the following link. Look up your model number and download the Owners Manual and consult the Trouble Shooting Guide. But, I suspect, it may be bad fuel. None the less, consult the Owners Manual.

Hope this helps you solve the mystery.

Kerosene Portable Forced Air heater comes on, runs awhile

Here is a link to your owner's manual... http://12.153.20.74/manuals/123919-01A.PDF. Look on page 8 and 10. It could be several things. It could only be a dirty fuel filter or the pump pressure may just need adjustment. If you need a part you can contact Master Parts at 800-466-1446 or you can find them on-line at www.masterparts.net. I hope this helps!
