Sorry but your silent switch needs replacement. Take it to the apple store and
see if they'll give you a replacement. If they don't there are third
party iPhone Repair Services that can fix it for you. There are also free iPhone Repair guide that show you how to fix it yourself. The part is on Ebay.

First, make sure your Jitterbug phone is turned on and open. While looking at the inside screen, adjust the volume by using the rubber volume button, which can be found on the outside of the phone. Press the top of the button to increase the volume and the bottom of the button to decrease the volume. The inside screen will display the ringer volume level. The ringer volume ranges from Vibrate to Max.
