Hello cascadesew. II believe you made a typo and actually have a convection oven. Also, perhaps another typo where you meant to say a part was not working. Well if everything is working, great. If not get back because I would like to assist you. Regards, Joe

It will be the oven element that is faulty.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
Please leave feedback for my suggested solution.

Oven doesn's heat up when using the conventional function.

Yes, there is probably a second element involved. you will probably find that it is located under the base of the oven. It is called the base element..
You will have to remove the rear and side panel to gain access to it.
Hope this helps solve your problem.

ZUQ 875X double oven. When fan oven is selected, fan operates but oven does not heat up. Ok on conventional oven selection.

If fan is working ok, then I would suyggest that you check the fan oiven element, as it it sounds as though this is faulty.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

GE Profile Convention Light Bulb Not Working after Replacement

With a volt meter you must verify power to the door light switch and the light socket.
You can also unplug the oven and do this with a meter set for continuity.

LOWER OVEN DOESN'T HEAT WHEN FAN IS SELECTED

Hi Ginozzzz,

Sounds like it could be the Fan Oven Switch - especially when it works on the conventional oven. Does it have a separate element for the Fan Oven? If it is not the switch it could be the Fan Oven Element. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the oven so thats about the best I can do for you.

Bryan
