Did you convert them to a appropriate file type .mp4. if not you can by uploading it into the media library in itunes then right click on it then click convert to ipod/iphone if this does not work try downloading a FREE media converter (well if you buy a converter it could cost allot of money for noting if it does not work) ohh and i like the add it is cool.

I cannot down load films nor to shows onto my ipad

3 steps to download movies
1. Go to the iTunes application on your iPad.
Click on the little purple application with the musical note on it. The iTunes application should already be installed on your iPad. All you need for this method to work besides the application is a stable Internet connection.
2. Go to the iTunes store. Just select this option at the top of iTunes. This will allow you to find a movie to download onto your iPad.
3. Click "Movies." You can find this option on the top middle of the screen.

hope it work

You can add video content to your Apple iPod and watch movies on its screen.
Video syncing is controlled by the iTunes application, which then sends the movie files to the iPod's hard drive.
The iPod supports a variety of video formats, and iTunes can convert other files that are not supported.

Plug the iPod USB cable into the bottom of your iPod.
Connect the other end of the iPod USB cable into a free port on your Mac or PC computer.

Open the iTunes application by clicking on the Dock icon on a Mac or using the Start menu on a PC.
Go to the "File" menu and select "Add to Library."
Navigate to the movie file you want to transfer to your iPod and click "Open."

Click on the movie you just added to iTunes, go to the "Advanced" menu and select "Create iPod or iPhone Version."
This will convert the movie file to a format that the iPod can play.

Click on the name of your iPod under the "Devices" list on the left side of the iTunes window.
Go to the "Movies" tab and choose to sync all movie files with your iPod.
Click on the "Sync" button at the bottom of the iTunes window.
The syncing process will begin and the movie file will be transferred to your iPod.

Transfer DVD Movies to an iPod
Transferring DVD movies onto your iPod for personal on-the-go viewing depends on the exact type of DVD you are using.
Some DVDs are in a format that can easily be transferred to iTunes, which can then convert the movies to a format for the iPod if needed.
If the DVD can't immediately be played in iTunes, you will need extra software to convert it before you can transfer the movies to iTunes and then to the iPod.

Load the DVD into the computer's disc drive and open up both the DVD in a window and your iTunes application.
Drag the DVD's main movie file into the main iTunes window to add it to your personal iTunes library.

Connect the iPod to the computer with its USB cable if it isn't already connected.
If it is already connected, or if the iPod does not automatically sync with iTunes, drag the DVD movie file from the library list to the iPod shown in the iTunes source list.

Convert the movie file to an iPod friendly format if you get a message saying the file can't be played on the iPod by selecting "Convert Selection for iPod" in the Advanced menu.
Please note that this conversion can take some time--five to 10 minutes for every two minutes of video.

Conversion Software

Download and install a DVD conversion program to your computer; look for one specifically designed for converting DVD to iPod if possible.

Open the conversion program on your computer and upload the DVD movie file into the program with the "Open" or "Upload" option.
There should be multiple files on the DVD; the actual movie has the longest run time.

Select the format that the file will be converted to from the program's drop-down list of available formats if the program is not automatically set for an iPod format. If an option specifically labeled "iPod" isn't available, choose an MP4 format.

Choose a location on your computer to save the converted file to using the program's "output" option--the desktop is the most common and easiest location.

Click on the conversion button, which is usually the biggest button located in the lower right corner, to convert the file and save it to your computer.

Open up the iTunes application and drag the converted iTunes or MP4 file into the iTunes library.

Connect the iPod to the computer using its USB cable.

How do I upload videos or movies from my computer to my lg thrill

find out what format your lg thrill is using so the videos will be working when you upload it to your LG..
Uploading is easy..if there is a USB cable that came with the LG then you can use it to connect your LG to your computer.
Once connected you can click your LG and copy the videos or movies you wanted to upload into your LG folder.
After uploading then you can disconnect and go to your LG and click the movies that you uploaded.
But remember the movie format should be the sme format that your LG supported otherwise your phone cant read the files and that means you cant watch the movies..
Enjoy your videos and hope i helped..

Ipod won't upload shows/periodicals & podcasts from my itunes library

Try these troubleshooting steps. Steps 1-3 are for if you can't connect to iTunes in general.

1. Make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes. The iTunes should let you know when a version has been released, with full assumption you have internet connection.
2. Use a different USB cable
3. Clean both male and female ends of the USB cable of particle such as dust
4. Sometimes, you will have to manually put the movies on the iPod, as in, you must select the movies (usually just check a box) then go to file and "sync iPod".

If none of the above work/didn't work/didn't help at all, let me know.
