    Sounds like you need to send the Printer in for replacement or repair. You will probably need proof of purchase. If it has been purchased within the last year. They will replace or fix it free of charge. I can help with this process.

Since you give very little information, my immediate suggestion is to check the print properties in both the driver and the application you are using to make sure that you haven't set the printer to print in "Grayscale Only."

I have a Konica C250 machine which cannot print red color at all. I had changed the toner and image unit but still cannot print red color. How can I solve this problem?


Recommended that you have a tech come out and look at it might have a bad LED assy. for the Magenta Image unit. All other color print OK? Can you print gradation test pattern for each color in service mode? Meter count, details, stop 00 stop 01 Test Output Gradation pattern select magenta. If you open the side cover after printing a document with the color magenta try to catch a print of paper do you see the color magenta on the transfer belt if yes the drum is ok could be the transfer belt magenta 1st transfer roller on the belt replace the belt assy.

The green light is blinking constantly and the printer won't print


When the green lamp constantly blinking this mean one or both print head are defective.Here we can find which cartridge is defective.Open cover put out color cartridge then close cover.If blinking stops replace color cartridge.If blinking continues put out black cartridge and put in color.If blinking stops replace black cartridge, if not stop replace both cartridges.
This printer can work with only one cartridge.If you don't use color printing just remove the color cartridge.

Print a test pattern print first to make sure that the problems is the printer and not the file you are trying to print , then check you color cartridge if it's empty.

Printer will not print in color


try to check  the printer setting of your printer maybe it enabled the black color printing setup in your printer. Then try also to remove the color ink cartridge then installed it back and try to print it again.

sure...it is most likely a print settings issue on your word application, maybe. Check that print settings to ensure it's looking for color and not greyscale

it could be that it is set for mono printing in properties or did you est. if the color cartridge is empty?
