Question about Samsung RS2630SH Side by Side Refrigerator
Make sure there is nothing on the shelves protruding in the vicinity of the bars on the door.
I have seen this to be the problem on a number of service calls.
It could possibly be in the lower door hinge too. A bad or loose cam can cause the door not to close.

Has the unit recently been moved or the doors removed at any time? Either the door are not aligned or they are damaged around the hinges some how. I would adjust doors from the top of the unit, assure not product (food) could obstruct the door from closing. Lastly double check closer at the bottom, this is a two piece system and I had seen this come apart recently.
I hope this helps
