HI
There is a large screw in the brew head that your screw screws into. You need to replace the big screw and you should be good to go.

Testimonial: "Great! Once I realized that it was a screw with threads on inside and outside, I was able to get the new part for about $18 and fix it. "

We have broken the handle on pressurized portafilter for Saeco Via Venezia espresso machine. where can we get replacement?

I don't think the handle is sold separately. Seattlecoffeegear does sells both a bottomless and an unpressurised portafilter for the Via Venezia. Both would be considered upgraded gear vs the pressurized one.

Water does not get hot, no steam is produced.

Hi
It can be any of these. Fuse but then it would not turn on. Disconnected wire. More than likely it is the boiler element. Do a search on ebay for completed auctions. I saw a boiler assembly for a Saeco which is the same.

There are 6 screws that hold the top/back on.

Makeing coffee

No, these machines use a pressurized portafilter to make brewing espresso easier. Be sure your coffee is ground about the fineness of table salt. Just level the coffee in the filter and insert the filter as instructed.
