Trying to install photo explosion deluxe version 3 on my laptop. previously installed on desktop which crashed but i'm getting: runtime error! Progam: C:windowssyswow64MsiExec.exe r6034 an application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information. Problem is, I can't contact them. They give a different number to call and it's for a school somewhere. PLEASE HELP ME!

Because you didn't deleted registry from your system for v4. Go to registry editor and path through until you find registry directory. After deleting only that registry, restart windows and install v3.

You can right-click on the program's setup.exe, select properties, then compatibility and set it to windows XP
then try to install it again

MPEG VIO Driver Error photo explosion special edition 3.0

How to correct a Load MPEG VIO Driver Error in Windows Vista.

If you are experiencing this issue with Windows Vista, please follow these directions:

Note: These steps are only for Windows Vista. If you are experiencing the problem on Windows XP, please see the directions found here: KB Article 1469

1. Uninstall Photo Explosion 3.0.
2. Reinstall Photo Explosion 3.0.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Download the Vista update for Photo Explosion 3.0 from the following link:

http://www.novadevelopment.com/Support/Updates.aspx

Note: Please make sure you download the correct one for your version of Photo Explosion 3.0. If you have the Deluxe version, download the Deluxe update. If you have the regular version, download the non-Deluxe update.
5. Save the update to an easily accessible location, such as your Desktop.
6. Once downloaded, go to where the update was saved and double-click the update.
7. After installing the update, you should no longer experience this problem.

Note: It is extremely important that you do not run Photo Explosion until you have restarted the computer and installed the update. If you run the program before installing the update, you will need to start the steps over from the beginning.

most of all this software is working good in win xp so kindly try to install that software in windows xp because still windows vista is having some issues with some less popular softwares
so try it on windows xp or findout way to run it on windows vista (find windows vista version of your software)

it looks like windows installer is corrupted
rename the file to use as a back (C:\windows\system32\msiexec.exe to msiexe.old.exe), download and reinstall this

How old is the laptop. From the error it appears it is meant to run on a 64 sys. Most sys are 32. Was your Desktop a 64 sys. If I am right, the prog will not run on the laptop

As for telling to contact support teams, you will find you are usually on your own, left listening music while paying lots to be left on hold to their telephone account.
