There is a clip and spring at the back and that will release the bar to load the stapler. then after it is plugged in you must put the head down on the surface you want to staple and then press the trigger. you will have to do this for each staple you drive

How do I load the stapler?

No you don't. We answer most things here.

If the stapler is like any of these

You push the back in slightly to unlatch it and then drop it down a bit and the staple pusher comes out completely.

Instruction book for Arrow ETF50P staple gun . lost the instructions and can't figure out how to insert the staples in the gun

Look at the rear of the stapler. Push in then down on the stapler tensioner to release it from the rear of the gun. Slide the tensioner out. Next slide the new staples over the rail and into the gun with points down. Slide the spring tensioner back in and connect it to the stapler by maneuvering its clip down and then up.

Will an electric stapler cause glitches on a PC nearby on the same power line

the heavy draw of current by the stapler is causing this. use a different line with an extension cord, short and thick as possible. nothing is wrong, this is normal.
