Question about Dell Inspiron 6400 Notebook
My Dell Inspiron laptop boots up normally until it reaches the Windows Vista 'welcome' screen - but it goes no further - the activity circle just spins but nothing further happens. The next screen (the desktop) does not appear. Turning off and on using the main switch (about 3 times usually) clears the problem and the laptop works normally. After use, I shut down in the correct manner, but next time I switch on the problem occurs again. The battery is almost depleted (although I never use it) - could this be a factor?
RUN CHECK DISK AND IF IT STILL WONT BOOT RESTART AND BEFOR THE WINDOWS LOGO COMES ON PRESS F8 AND CHECK START IN SAFE MODE THEN RUN CHECK DISK
