Ua 101 driver won't install on windows 7 64 bit

Officially Microsoft says that 32bit drivers are not supported on a 64bit system. Check hardware manufacture for updated drivers. Good luck.

IK Multimedia Production IK Multimedia Amplitube 2 Jimi Hendrix Edition Crossgrade/Upgrade (AT200UJHIN) won't play right on windows 7

Have you tried to use XP mode in Windows 7? In Windows 7 you can install XP mode and attempt to run the software from the virtualized environment. For the download for XP mode on Windows 7, go to this website: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx

Another thought that I have is that in Windows 7 - have you searched for an updated signed driver for your sound card? Depending on the model of computer you own - you can usually find the signed drivers at the manufacturers support website. Sometimes, changing the driver you are using for your sound card can also effect how your sound interfaces with different programs.

I hope this bit of information helps!

How do I solve the problem of corrupt or missing drivers

for which Operating System? 98se and millenium edition are obsolete. win xp pro and above are still good.
what device are you having problems with? usb? sound card? video card? or other device? or is it just missing some DLL files from the operating system?
there is also another issue with win xp pro and srv pak 3 it forces the only "signed drivers only" to be installed!! therefore if you have srv pack 3 installed then you will need to to the computer to install any ways. windows 7 will not install "un-signed device drivers" this makes most your devices incompatible with win 7!!
there is another with windows systems up-grades that do not include any kind of driver support except for basic motherboard devices and limited sound cards and video cards and usb port support.
you may want to check your computer maker for any device drivers for the last 3 years only and if it was a device that came with your computer.

I updated my xp to a window 7 and now the sound does not work it says no audio device is installed

Check on hp.com and click Support & Drivers. Click on the green box that says Drives & Software next. Now enter you product information (example Presario s5150). Now select you computer off the list that drops down. Select windows 7 as your operating system. From the list that appears select Driver - Audio then click on the link provided (example: Realtek AC'97...). When promted, either save the driver and then run it. This should provide you with the latest drives for you audio card running windows 7.

Could not find media device

Updating audio drivers Select one of the options below to locate the available audio drivers if you already changed the operating system and you are experiencing sound problems.
  • Go to the HP Drivers and Downloads page and search for updated drivers for your model. Be sure to select the correct operating system.
Or download Conexant High-Definition Audio Driver » ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp40501-41000/sp40762.exe
  • If the computer is upgraded to Vista, use HP Update to scan for updated drivers. To use HP Update, click Start , All Programs , HP , HP Update , and then follow the on-screen instructions.
  • If HP has not released specific audio drivers for your operating system, use the Microsoft Windows Update utility, or search the Microsoft web site for generic drivers for Vista. To use Windows Update, click Start , type update into the search field, select Windows Update from the list when it becomes available, click Check for updates , and then install any available updates.
