If you call the customer service number usually listed in the manual and explain to them your dilemma, they will most likely transfer your call to the manager of the accounts and they will fix it.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My xbox is banned from xbox live

If you made a new account for yourself and it wont work, try to delete the old ones. If that doesn't work, contact customer support and see if they can tell why it's banned and if you can have it removed as you are not the original owner.

What if enything is xbox doing to stop all the hacks and cheeting going on in xbox live ? i tried to play 12 diferent xbox 360 games and ther was between 6 to 9 players how you culdnt kill or wer flying in...

Most video game developers check to see if players are cheating and ban them to a restricted server where "hacked" players only play other "hacked" players. As for users who are taking advantage of bugs, network lag or any other means that seems unfair, Microsoft does their best, with the help of moderators within the games, to ban players from the Xbox service by actually banning their gamertag and their console. It does help though for you to Comment on other players you see online. You have the ability to click on their Gamertag profile and leave a "Rep" about them. This leaves marks on their account, where you can specify what type of "un-fairness" you are seeing. Enough of these will actually get the player banned or deleted. Hope this answers your question and let me know if you have anymore. Gamertag -- oO Gemeni Oo

How do I get back on facebook if I have been booted and have no access whatsoever, I didnt know it could happen. I was adding people in Mafia Wars and didnt know I was doing anything wrong.

Greetings De White,

It is unfortunate to hear your Facebook account has been banned unfairly. Facebook is notorious for its ban first and ask questions never policy. While your ban does seem unfair to the highest regard, it is there. An acquaintance of mine was in a similar situation. His Facebook account was banned for a total of 6 months. Although I do not know how long your ban is, since I don't work for facebook, it would be safe to assume that your account will be dismissed of all bans in the next 6 months. For further questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. I'll always be happy to help. Thank you for using FixYa. Kindest regards. =)

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them what you just said. As long as you know the password and the e-mail account used to set this account up, they should be able to help you no problem.

I am unable to sign into to my live account?

Have you clicked test connection and have it tell you why it cant connect?? If it cant connect to the xbox Live and its not a connection problem, Live might be down, you could be banned, there may be an update you need. Most of the time you cant connect there may be a temporary maintenance for live. If you still cant connect call xbox customer support and ask about your account.
