Question about HP P2360AA Keyboard/Mouse

1 Answer

Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard

Wireless mouse and/or keyboard not registering. Changed batteries in both mouse/keyboard. Frozen. Turned off computer several time. When the window comes back up it says "analog." Does that have anything to do with getting the mouse/keyboard working, this is the best I can explain.

Thanks

Logitech mouse frozen up we changed batterys in

If the mouse is freezing up though the batteries are fully charged, here's what you need to do:

1. Try to use different batteries just to make sure that it's not a power issue.
2. Connect the wireless USB dongle into different USB ports of the computer.
3. Try to connect the USB dongle in different computer and try to use the mouse (to make sure that it's not a computer issue).
4. Make sure that there's no cordless phone, cell phone and other wireless devices that might interfere the wireless signal.

The Logitech wireless mouse is running on 2.4MHz frequency, same frequency as the other wireless devices. Any wireless device might cause the mouse to freeze.

If same problem occur, then it's a hardware problem. Contact Logitech and RMA the mouse.

Thank you and good luck!

I have a Microsoft Wireless Desktop Receiver 3.1 unit which works both my keyboard and Wireless Laser Mouse 5000. My mouse is not working and I've changed the batteries 3 times. Can I buy a replacement...

I have the same system. Mouse can be ordered, but not easily. Make sure mouse is not working.... i almost made tour same mistake. In my case, the mouse plug (from computer to wireless receiver) had become unhooked. All i could see is that mouse was communicating with wireless receiver but appeared to be frozen. If you can reset receiving channel, and see that receiver acknowledges presence of mouse, you may have my same problem. Also, if you can see that the laser light is working, mouse is probably ok, and batteries are good.

Warning: receiver channel changed - wireless keyboard and mouse

I contacted Gaeway Support. They quickly answered and suggested that I change the batteries in my wireless mouse and/or keyboard. I did. It was the mouse. As soon as the new batteries were in, the popup went away and stayed away.
