Just go to computer recovery by pressing F10 or F11 key i am not sure which one because every computer has different key but once you get there just recover your computer settings this will take everything to default settings and will probably solve your problem for the most part as soon you hit that power button keep pressing one of the F10 or F11 key and follow the instruction given.

if that doesnt work change your jumper settings to recovery if that doesnt work either then just take out the CMOS battery for about 15-30 minutes it will loose all its charge and will loose all the changes made so when you put it back it in it should take the changes back to default setting which were set up even before you got the computer.

Mac tells me to shutdown by pressing the power button and the screen freezes

Your MacBook is over heating. You need to put some cooling paste to replace the old dried up paste that is on the processor and video card before it burns out the logic board. Clean out the fan while your doing this also.

Dear sir, my desktop is hp compaq dc7600 sff. everytime when it starting to boot the following info is appears: "512- chassis fan is not found. press f1". after pressing f1 it's starting to...

The sytem checks for the Chasis fan during the bootup (startup) process. The fan is connected to the motherboard via cable. Turn off the system. Open it and make sure the the cable is connected properly. While the PC is open, press the power button and check if the fan turns on. If not the chasis fan may have gone faulty, which needs replacement. If you find it faulty, you may find and replace the fan by removing the old/ faulty fan by removing the 4 screws and installing the new one.

Hope it helps! Good Luck!

Computer turn on, but when it does it won't POST

It seems like a motherboard issue. It heats up, thus is not able to turn on continuously. You may need to check internal parts embeded on the motherboard llike the fan and processor before you could know what needs replacement.

Gateway GT5014 will not boot.

Ok, this is a mother board issue. the entire mother board seems to be malfunctioning. the blinking amber/green light is confirming this. the mother board may have some fried circuitry and it will have to be replaced in this situation.

I would recommend extracting the mother board and stripping it. look for any discoloring factors that will lead to a burn out location. this will direct you to the necessary repair zone.

Please rate and have a great day:)
